Local Authorities Elections (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 1965) - Sect 20

Amendment of section 54 of the principal enactment. [ 12, 15 of 1965.]

20. Section 54 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the expression " shall mark the ballot paper", of the expression " shall, in the presence of another member of his polling staff, mark the ballot paper ".
