Amendment of section 59 of the principal enactment. [ 13,15 of 1965.]

21. Section 59 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows :-

(1) in paragraph (e) of that subsection, by the substitution, for the expression " votes list", of the expression " votes list, and " ; and

(2) by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (e) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :-

	" (f) the list of voters to whom ballot papers are not delivered under section 53A,".
