Amendment of section 5 of the principal enactment. [ 3, 9 of 1963.]
3. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the expression " this Ordinance-" to the end of that subsection, of the following :-
(2) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for all the words from " Subject to any" to " subject to the", of the words " Subject to the ".
