| 17. No addition to. or deletion or amendment of, this Constitution or any Rule shall be made except on a special resolution of which not less than eight clear days notice shall have been given, and which resolution shall have been passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting at a Special General Meeting of the Association duly convened for the purpose. |
