| 18. Every Office-bearer of the Association shall be indemnified out of the funds of the Association against any liability incurred by him in any proceedings, whether civil or criminal in respect of any act or omission, provided he shall at all times have acted in good faith in the belief that he was so doing for the benefit, and in the interests, of the Association. |
