50. Section 85 of the principal enactment is here repealed and the following section is substitution therefor: -
| 85. Where on the death of a permanent holder who at the time of his or death was paying rent under sub-section (2) of section 19A for the land alienation to him or her on the permit, a person entitled to succeed to that land under the provisions of section 84 fails to succeed, such person shall be deemed have surrendered to the Crown his or title to that land,". |
