Mediation (Special Categories Of Disputes) Act (No. 21 of 2003) - Sect 15

Time limit within which Board must act

15.
(1) The Board shall, in respect of every dispute brought before it for settlement by mediation, endeavour to complete its deliberation and bring about a settlement or issue a certificate of non-settlement as the case may be, within sixty days of the constitution of such Board in accordance with the provisions of section 10.
(2) The procedure to be observed in the conduct of a mediation session by a Board shall be as prescribed.
