Mediation (Special Categories Of Disputes) Act (No. 21 of 2003) - Sect 20

Privilege of witnesses

20.
(1) Every person who makes a statement before a Board shall. in respect of such statement. be entitled to all the privileges which a witness giving evidence before a court of law is entitled to in respect of such evidence.
(2) No statement made by any person before a Board shall be admissible in evidence in any civil or criminal proceedings.
