Muslim Marriage and Divorce (Amendment) Act (No. 32 of 1969) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 61 of the principal Act

6.
(1) Section 61 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution, for the expression " section 32 or section 67 ". of the expression " section 32 ".
(2) The provisions of sub-section (1) of this section shall be deemed to have come into effect on the seventh day of July, 1965.
