Special provisions as to exercise by the Ceylon Transport Board and the fares board of their powers as to fares

80. Neither the Ceylon Transport Board nor the fares board shall do anything in the exercise of its powers as respect the fares to be levied for the transport of passengers by the omnibus services provided by the Ceylon Transport Board which will prevent the Ceylon Transport Board from discharging its general duty under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 5.
