| 47. Any court may on the conviction of any person of an offence under this Act relating to any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument, make order dealing that such weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument shall be forfeited to the State; and every weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which is so forfeited shall be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed. |
