| (1) Save as otherwise expressly provided by this Act, an apprentice undergoing training under the provisions of this Act shall be a trainee and not a worker, and the provisions of any law relating to workers shall not apply to an apprentice. |

| (2) In all matters of conduct and discipline, an apprentice shall be governed by the internal rules and regulations of the establishment in which he is undergoing training. |
