National Apprenticeship Act (No. 49 of 1971) - Sect 52

Crown lands and buildings

52. The Minister may by Order, with the concurrence of the Minister for the time being in charge of the subject of Crown lands, transfer to the Board any Crown land or building, and any Crown land or building so transferred shall, with effect from the date of the Order, vest in and be the property of the Board.
