National Apprenticeship Act (No. 49 of 1971) - Sect 53

Exemption from duties

53.
(1) The Board shall be exempt from the payment, of any stamp duty on any instrument executed by, or on behalf of, or in favour of, the Board.
(2) The Board shall be exempt from the payment of any customs or excise duty on any goods imported or purchased out of bond by the Board, if the Minister in consultation with the Minister of Finance, approves such exemption.
