National Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act (No. 4 of 1987) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 50 of Act No. 49 of 1971

2, Section 50 of the National Apprenticeship Act, No. 49 of 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the" principal enactment ") , is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (6) of that section.
