National Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act (No. 4 of 1987) - Sect 3

Insertion of new section 50A in the principal enactment

3. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 50, and shall have effect as section 50A, of the principal enactment:
50A. From and after the date on which this section comes into operation, the provisions of the Employees' Provident Fund Act, No. 15 of 1958, and the Employees Trust Fund Act, No. 46 of 1980, shall not apply to an apprentice as defined in this Act" .
