National Aquaculture Development Authority Of Sri Lanka Act (No. 53 of 1998) - Sect 31

Delegation of powers of Authority

31.
(1) The Board may, subject to such conditions as may be specified in writing, delegate to the Chairman or a Director of the Board or to any officer of the Authority, any power, or function conferred on or assigned to the Authority.
(2) Notwithstanding any such delegation, the Board may exercise, or discharge any such power, or function.
