National Development Bank Of Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1992) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 6 of the principal enactment

3. Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution enactment, for the words " grant loans and advances to any enterprises", of the words 'grant loans and advances with or without security to any enterprises " ; and
(2) by the insertion immediately after paragraph (k) of that section of the following new paragraph: "
(kk) to undertake and execute any trusts the undertaking whereof may seem desirable;".
