Section 7 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (c) of that Section by the substitution for the words " establish a provident fund, and", of the words ''establish a provident fund and a pensions fund or scheme for the benefit of its officers and servants, and to make contributions to such fund or scheme, and ". |
