2. Section 7 of the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board Act, No. 11 of 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") is hereby amended as follows :"
| (a) in paragraph (f) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " abuse of dangerous drugs; and ", of the words " abuse of dangerous drugs;" ; |

| (b) in paragraph (g) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " in drug control activities. ", of the words " in drug control activities ; and "; and |
|
| (c) by the addition at the end of that section of the following new paragraph :"
| | " (h) acquire, hold, take or give on lease or hire, mortgage, pledge and sell or otherwise dispose of, any movable or immovable property. ". | | |
