National Dangerous Drugs Control Board (Amendment) Act (No. 21 of 1990) - Sect 3

Addition of new section 13 in the principal enactment!

3. The following new section is hereby added immediately after section 12 and shall have effect as section 13 of the principal enactment:"
13. Where any immovable property of the Crown is required for the purposes of the Board, such purpose shall be deemed to be a purpose for which a special grant or lease of such property may be made under section 6 of the Crown Lands Ordinance and accordingly, the provisions of that Ordinance shall apply to a special grant or lease of such property to the Board.".
