National Environmental (Amendment) Act (No. 56 of 1988) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 6 of the principal enactment

3. Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:
(1) by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that sub- section for the Words "functions and duties; and ", of the words " functions and duties ';
(2) by the substitution in paragraph (c) of that sub- section, for the words " in or outside Sri Lanka ", of the words " in or outside Sri Lanka ; and " ; and
(3) by the addition immediately after paragraph (c) of that subsection of the following new paragraph:
" (d) all such sums of money as may be received by the Authority as licence fete,".
