| 12. Any person who acts in contravention of any provisions of this Act, or any regulation made there under shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction by a Magistrate be liable to a fine not less than two hundred rupees and not exceeding twenty thousand rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months or to both such fine and imprisonment. |
