National Heritage Wilderness Areas Act (No. 3 of 1988) - Sect 13

Interpretation

13. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires " Conservator of Forests" means the Conservator of Forests appointed under section 58 of the Forests Ordinance (Chapter 451) ; " forests produce " shall have the same meaning as in the Forests Ordinance (Chapter 451) ; " tree " shall have the same meaning as in the Forests Ordinance (Chapter 451) ; and " timber " shall have the same meaning as in the Forests Ordinance (Chapter 451).
