| (1) The affairs of the Corporation which for purposes of administration are by its rules reserved or relegated to a Committee of Management shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by such Committee of Management consisting of the President, the Honorary Secretary and the Honorary Treasurer of the Corporation, and not less than twelve other persons to be elected in accordance with the rules for the time being of the Corporation : |

| (2) All members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation. |

| (3) The first Committee of Management of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Committee of Management of the Society holding office at the time of coming into operation of this Act, and whose names are specified in the Second Schedule to this Act. |
