Rules of the Corporation
6. It shall be lawful for the Corporation from time to time at an Annual General Meeting, or at any General Meeting of the members summoned for that purpose with two weeks' notice and by a majority of votes of not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting, to make rules not inconsistent with this Act, with regard to the admission, withdrawal or expulsion of members, the election, removal, powers, conduct and duties of the office-bearers and of the Committee of Management, the procedure to be observed in the transaction of business, the conduct, duties and functions of the employees of the Corporation, and otherwise generally for the management of the affairs of the Corporation, and the accomplishment of its objects. Such rules when made may, at a like meeting, according to such rules, be altered, added to, amended or rescinded. |
