Replacement of section 16 of the principal enactment
3.Section 16 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor : -
16. All or any of the members may be paid such remuneration out of the fund of the Council as may be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister to Whom the subject of Finance has been assigned.".
