Amendment of section 62 of the principal enactment
28. Section 62 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: "
(1) in subsection (3) thereof, by the substitution for the words " fine not exceeding one thousand rupees, or to both such imprisonment and fine.", of the words "fine not less than five thousand rupees and not exceeding ten thousand rupees, or to both suck imprisonment and fine.".
