Section 67 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words " fine not exceeding one thousand rupees, or to both such imprisonment and fine. ", of the words " fine not less than five thousand rupees and not exceeding ten thousand rupees or to both such imprisonment and fine. " |
