Amendment of section 47 of the principal enactment. [ 47 (1) (d). 11 of 1963.]

10. Section 47 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of-
(a) " appointed date ", of the following new definition : -
(b) "district", of the following new definitions : -
