Prize Competitions Act (No. 37 of 1957) - Sect 21

Proof of licence by production of certified copy

21. A copy of a licence purporting to be certified to be a true copy by the Permanent Secretary or by any Officer on behalf of the Permanent Secretary may be produced in proof of the contents of that licence in any proceedings under this Act.
