Prize Competitions Act (No. 37 of 1957) - Sect 22

Affixing of facsimile of Minister's signature to licence

22. A licence may, instead of being signed by the Minister, bear a facsimile of his signature affixed to the licence in the presence of the Permanent Secretary or any officer on behalf of the Permanent Secretary. The Permanent Secretary or such officer, as the case may be, shall sign the licence in token of his presence.
