Parliamentary Commissioner For Administration (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 1991) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Act No. 17 of 1981

2. Section 3 of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration Act, No. 17 of 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the ' principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (5) of that section by the substitution for paragraph (c) of that subsection, of the following paragraph :"
" (c) on his attaining the age of seventy years; ".
