Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 63

Computation of time

63. In computing the time within which an appeal shall be preferred under this Part the day on which the judgment, decree, sentence, conviction, or final order appealed against was pronounced or entered shall be included, but all Sundays and public holidays shall be excluded.
