Primary Courts' Procedure Act (No. 44 of 1979) - Sect 64

Stamp duty in civil actions

64. In every civil action instituted in a Primary Court, there shall be affixed to the plaint of the plaintiff, the answer of the defendant and the plaintiff's reply to the defendant's claim in reconvention, as the case may be, a stamp to the value of one rupee.
