Primary Courts Procedure(Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 1980) - Sect 2

Replacement of section 64 of Act No.44 of 1979

Section 64 of the Primary Courts 'Procedure Act, no 44 of 1979(hereinafter referred to as "the principal enactment ")is hereby repeal and the following section substituted therefor:
