| 12. The Central Bank may, from time to time direct any other scheduled bank to furnish to the Central Bank, within such period as shall be specified n the direction, all such information as may be necessary for the purpose of enabling the effective enforcement of the provisions of this Act, and it shall be the duty of the manager of such other scheduled bank to comply with such direction. |
