Prevention of the Avoidance of Tax Act (No. 26 of 1970) - Sect 13

Special provision relating to the Central Bank in its capacity as a scheduled bank

13. Notwithstanding that the Central Bank is a scheduled bank, the Central Bank shall not be obliged o accept or hold deposits under this Act.
