Protection Of The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities (Amendment) Act (No. 33 of 2003) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment,

3. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words, "delegate to any member of the Council", of the words "delegate to the Secretary or in the absence of the Secretary to the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of the Minister".
