| 4. Where any gratuity has been paid under any regulation in respect of any person with civilian service or service in the armed forces of the British Government or in their Bases in Sri Lanka, such gratuity shall be deductible from any payment due to such person as commuted gratuity or pension as a result of such revision of his pension and credited to the Consolidated Fund. |
