| 3. Where any person with civilian service or service in the armed forces of the British Government or in their Bases in Sri Lanka has retired and his pension computed without such service having been reckoned for the purpose of pension, such person's pension shall be revised so as to confer the benefits in terms of section 2 of this Act. |
