| 205. Except as herein otherwise provided, in all cases where damages, costs or expenses are payable under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment, or of any by-law or rule made thereunder, the amount, in case of dispute and, if necessary, the apportionment of the same, hall be ascertained and determined by the Magistrate's Court having local jurisdiction upon application being made to such Court in that behalf by the Pradeshiya Sabha or any person to whom such damages, costs or expenses is due. |
