Pradeshiya Sabha may make compensation out of pradeshiya Sabha Fund

208. A Pradeshiya Sabha may pay compensation out of the Pradeshiya Sabha Fund to all persons sustaining any damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested in the Pradeshiya Sabha, its officers or servants under and by virtue of this Act, or any by-law made thereunder.
