| 209. Except as herein otherwise provided. in all cases where compensation is by this Act, or by any by-law made thereunder, directed to be paid, the amount and, it necessary the apportionment of such compensation in case of dispute, shall be determined in the same manner as a claim for damages, costs or expenses under section 205, and the provisions of that section shall, with the necessary modifications, apply to the determination of all questions under this section. |
