It shall an inspection of every part within the limits of the Pradeshiya Sabha with a view to securing that the houses or buildings within its limits are kept in such sanitary condition as is required by the provisions .of this Ad .or any other enactment, and to undertake all necessary measures to enforce such provisions within that area. |
