Amendment of the long title to Chapter 40

2. The long title to the Public Security Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " ENACTMENT OF EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ", of the words "ENACTMENT OF EMERGENCY REGULATIONS OR THE ADOPTION OF OTHER MEASURES ".
