Section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words "shall come into operation forthwith or on such date as may be specified in the Proclamation. ", of the words " shall, forthwith or on such date as may be specified in the Proclamation, come into operation throughout Ceylon or in such part or parts of Ceylon as may be so specified.". |
