6. Section 15 of the principal enactment, as amended by Act No. 15 of 1966, is hereby further amended, by the substitution, for paragraph (6) of subsection (1) thereof, of the following new paragraph;
| "(b) to grant loans to its employees for-
| | (i) the relief of distress, including sickness of themselves and members of their families. | | |
| | (ii) the redemption of debts, | | |
| | (iii) the tiding over financial difficulties, | | |
| | (iv) the purchase of push bicycles and motor cycles to facilitate their daily travel to and from the office: | | |
| | (v) the celebration of festivals.". | | |
