Replacement of section 34 of the principal enactment
16.Section 34 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
34. The board may, upon an application made in that behalf by the landlord or the authorized tenant of any such premises, by order determine the amount of the authorized rent of the premises.".
