Amendment of section 37 of the principal enactment

17.Section 37 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection

(1) of that section as follows: (1) by the omission of paragraph (h) of that subsection ; and

(2) by the relettering of paragraphs (i), (j), (k), (I) and (m) of that subsection, as paragraphs (h), (i), (j), (k) and (I) of that subsection.
